A: In most domestic settings, no – if your footprint is within a specific size. Our buildings are designed to comply with permitted development rules. We’ll guide you through anything that might need consent.
Q: Can you include power, heating, and internet?
A: Yes — we can handle full electrics and advise on heating solutions. Internet can be wired or extended from your home router.
Q: How long does installation take?
A: Most of our builds are completed in 2–3 weeks depending on size and ground conditions.
